Mounting of All Types of Tyres on Rims
We go the extra mile when it comes to service. Our goal is to take as much work off your hands as possible—for you and your customers. Did you know that we can mount over 500 wheels per week at our own Heuver Service Centre? It’s just one of the ways we lighten your load.
Are there certain tyres you’re unable to mount yourself or have mounted elsewhere? For us, it’s no trouble at all to handle it in-house. At the Heuver Service Centre, we mount everything: truck, agricultural, and earthmoving tyres on rims ranging from 4 inches to 54 inches. Our experts not only bring specialist knowledge but also work with top-tier equipment. On top of that, we can even arrange express deliveries within just 3 days.

In-House Tyre Pressing
In-House Tyre Pressing
At our main location in Hardenberg, we have our own industrial tyre press—something quite unique in our industry. This relatively new solid rubber press for earthmoving tyres is an important part of our full-service concept. It enables us to mount solid OTR tyres on all OEM rims. The press is suitable for solid tyres ranging from 15.5-25 to 29.5-25, as well as 20” solid industrial tyres. This highly specialized job can therefore be fully handled in-house for you.
We can also use the same press to dismount tyres filled with polyurethane, which allows us to support you even better in finding the right tyre for the right situation.
The Benefits of Solid Rubber Tyres
You might already be well aware, but solid rubber tyres offer numerous advantages. They are exceptionally safe—even the toughest conditions won’t cause them to go flat—and they help maximize uptime. These tyres are typically used in heavy-duty applications, such as large-scale metal recycling, where the risk of puncturing pneumatic tyres is extremely high. That’s why we’re proud to have this powerful addition to our services.

On-Site Mounting
If you’re unable to mount certain tyres yourself or have them mounted elsewhere, we can take care of it for you—thanks to our own Profile Tyrecenter branches and extensive dealer network. We can perform the mounting at your location, or even directly at your customer’s site.
In the latter case, we can, if desired, deliver the tyres neutrally on your behalf—ensuring your name is on the delivery. This helps you avoid unnecessary costs. Just let us know if you’d like to make use of this service when placing your tyre order with us, and we’ll coordinate our planning accordingly.

Trade-In and Collection of Tyres and Rims
We’re not only here for you when you're looking to buy tyres or rims—we’re also interested when you have something to offer us. If you don’t have an immediate buyer in your network for your new or used tyres and rims, we’d be happy to purchase them from you—so you don’t have to worry about a thing.
If needed, we’ll even come to your location to inspect your tyres or rims, allowing us to offer you a fair and appropriate compensation. Naturally, we’ll also handle the transport logistics for you.

Roadside Assistance and 100% Uptime
100% Uptime for the Transport Industry
A stationary truck costs time, money, and energy. That’s why every business owner in transport aims for 100% uptime—no downtime, no unnecessary costs. It all starts with proper tyre management, optimal alignment, and balancing. Just as important is regular fleet inspection, especially for transport companies. Our specialized mobile service units can take this task off your hands.
Additionally, we help analyze driving data, enabling you to train your drivers more effectively and proactively address wear or inefficiencies.
24/7 Roadside Assistance
With our 24/7 roadside assistance, transport companies can rely on uninterrupted fleet mobility—any time, any day. But our agricultural customers benefit just the same: we offer on-location breakdown service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Because anyone in agriculture knows that harvesting never stops, even at night.
Backed by a team of highly skilled tyre specialists and a fleet of seven mobile service vans, we ensure you’ll be back on the road—or in the field—as quickly as possible after a breakdown.
