The Heuver Academy
The Heuver Academy equips our employees—individually—with the right tools and guidance to gain experience, broaden their horizons, and continue growing. We offer more than 170 learning opportunities: from e-learnings, workshops, and training sessions to full educational programs. These are available both online and offline, and can be job-specific or more general.
To provide this wide range of learning options, we collaborate with Een Leven Lang Leren Academie (ELLLA) and GoodHabitz for online courses and workshops.
Vocational Training with SVOB
Good mechanics are worth their weight in gold. They are the heart of our operations—everything we do ultimately relies on their expertise. They form the foundation of our vehicle services, whether it's for cars, transport, agricultural, or industrial vehicles.
That’s why we continuously invest in the knowledge and development of our staff—because technologies and capabilities evolve rapidly. In collaboration with SVOB, the training center for the tyre and wheel industry, we offer specialized training programs for mechanics, combining theory and hands-on practice.
