Laura van den Heuvel, Kasper Olimulder, and Charel Nijhuis Advance Internally
Over the past few years, all divisions within Heuver Group have experienced strong growth.
To effectively support continued internationalization, professionalization, and expansion, the two-member executive board of Heuver Group has decided to appoint directors for Heuver Tyres and Profile Heuver.
For Heuver Tyres, Laura van den Heuvel has been appointed as Director of Sales, and Kasper Olimulder as Director of Operations. Charel Nijhuis has been promoted to Director of Profile Heuver, effective January 1, 2023. They will report to Bertus Heuver (CEO Heuver Group) and Remco Vaanholt (CFO Heuver Group).
Confidence in the Team
Laura and Kasper will now take on final responsibility and daily leadership for Heuver Tyres, while Charel will do the same for Profile Heuver. With these changes, clear responsibility has been assigned within the organization for both business units. There is strong confidence in the team, with existing employees growing into leadership roles within the company.
Laura van den Heuvel (42) has now been with Heuver for over 14 years. She joined the family business in 2008 as an Internal Sales Representative for Aeolus, and just a year and a half later, she advanced to the role of Business Unit Manager Aeolus. In 2015, she took on the position of General Sales Manager, leading the entire sales department.
Now, she’s taking another exciting step forward within the company with her internal promotion to Director Sales—a move she’s thrilled about:
“I see it as a sign of appreciation and trust, and that feels really good. At Heuver Tyres, our core values—Service, Convenience, and Knowledge—are central to everything we do. Together with our dedicated sales team, I look forward to shaping this even more effectively from my new role, in ways that truly benefit our customers. It’s a great honor to take this step within such an ambitious company.”
Kasper Olimulder (46) has been with Heuver Tyres even longer—over 18 years. He began his career at the company in December 2004 as Logistics Manager, but his journey didn’t stop there. In 2012, he was promoted to Manager Operations, taking responsibility for both the Logistics and Purchasing departments. In 2017, he advanced again, becoming Operational Manager, and most recently, Kasper has been appointed Director Operations.
He is enthusiastic about his new role:
“I’m proud to take on this position at such a remarkable international family business. It’s a place where I can continuously take on new challenges and seize new opportunities. Here’s to many more successful years ahead!”

Charel Nijhuis (50) began his journey at Heuver in 2017 as Branch Manager. As of 2023, he has been promoted to Director Profile Heuver. Despite his down-to-earth nature, he sees this as a significant step forward:
“I’m very grateful for the trust and appreciation I’ve received from the organization. With full energy and conviction, I’m heading into the new year—together with our sales team and all our employees across the branches. I want to focus even more on our concepts 100% Uptime and Service++, so we can continue providing our customers with the most versatile and complete service offering possible.”
